perspective: the toxicity generated by work and organization , and its resulting impact in terms of anxiety, suffering, relational disquiet, and psycho-somatic diseases. The aim of this work is to draw a map of the different organizational issues during this historical phase of being acutely exposed to imbalances stemming from the current crisis of economy, politics and welfare; then to identify within the system‟s life cycle their consequences such as risks, inefficiency, and the development of organizational ill-being in its different forms, from work-related stress to mobbing, from micro-conflictuality to burnout; finally to find out and develop in the above context best practices, awareness and emotional-relational competences that may act upon the organization‟s pathological aspects, in a way which may reduce the negative effects, unlock creativity, and produce at the same time effectiveness and well- being. 36 KEY WORDS Organization, organizational well-being, psychological contract, workstress, burnout.
